REFLEXIONANDO ACERCA DE LA SALUD COMO DERECHO HUMANO EN LA ARGENTINA
Keywords:
health, Human, Right, ArgentinaAbstract
In the form of an essay, we will propose as an objective to problematize the human right to health regarding its effective access in practice in Argentina.
As a methodology we will use a bibliographic inquiry (exploratory and descriptive).
Our theoretical framework of analysis will be the social bioethics of Susana Vidal (2010, 2013). As a result, we will observe a contrast between
the broad legal recognition of the human right to health (which we will develop previously) and its effective access in practice, given our segmented and fragmented health system that we will characterize.
We will critically analyze the results from social bioethics to try to awaken a reflection for action about its inequitable access in the context of Argentina; and we will question ourselves on whether a single, universal and integrated health system is necessary that guarantees inclusive equality without discrimination.
As final reflections, we will propose that an ethical, political and citizen, supportive and inclusive perspective is necessary to channel a possible transformation from social bioethics as an instrument of reflection to think and rethink about the justice or injustice of the current health system in our country that It affects the most vulnerable people the most.
